Practicing yoga every day makes you slim ?

πŸ‘‰Balance is one of the key aspects, without having the ability to balance on the board, chances are you will not stay onπŸ‘ˆ

Yes..

Yoga demands a great deal of both physical & mental strength, focus, endurance & flexibility. We must understand that the three layers that our energetic bodies are made of : the mind, the body & the soul. Each layer depends on & affects the other two. When one layer is unbalanced, such as mind the body & soul follow suit. You can’t have a healthy body & pure soul if the mind is unbalanced. If you want to burn fat & keep it off, power yoga and vinyasa flow are what you should be focusing on!! These two types of yoga enables the body to burn from 400 to 600 calories per hour, which is equivalent to burn calories during a typical hour in the gym!!!

Doing yoga everyday will help you lose fat. Weight & fat are quite different. I have personally done yoga & seen differences in clothing sizes in a month!!! Got better digestion & enhanced quality of sleep. It also helps for better blood circulation deep into the body organs, which results in better nourishment of the body organs, muscles & ligament tissues for better performance.

Many of yoga poses involve deep stretching, which helps to develop the bones & muscles, also benefits the nervous system, allowing a person to get into a relaxed state. The negative effects of stress are removed.

Once again Happy International yoga day.

Do remember !!! Make yoga a part of your life.

He married “Adi lakshmamma” at an age of 19. He had three kids ( two of them were daughters & one was son).

Several events were conducted in order to showcase his talent. The first event took place in the year 1928 at Andhra Mahasabha at Nandyala, chaired by Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. An Eternal Memory, …..Until we meet again. πŸ˜’

πŸ’•πŸŒΉAlways loved ~ Never forgottenπŸŒΉπŸ’•

Those special memories of you will always bring a smile , if only we could have you back for just a little while. Then we could sit & talk again just like we used to do ..you always meant so very much & always will do too. The fact that you’re no longer here will always cause us pain but you’re forever in our hearts until we meet again..

Thinking of you at Ramzan & wishing that you were here to celebrate once more with us at this special time. Your leaving caused such heartache & an awful lot of pain but your spirit shone so brightly that Allah took you back again , and far away , behind the stars way up yonder in the blue there’s an angel who , we’re certain looks remarkably like you. And we’re sending love, dear Grandpa just for you on Eid. For we’ll always love & miss you more than words could ever say.

We miss the bond between us & we miss your kind support. You’re in our mind & in our hearts. We’ll always feel you close to us though you’re far from sight. We’ll search for you among the stars that shine on Eid.

Allah saw you getting tired . A cure was not to be ..so he put his arms around you & whispered ,come with me ..with tearful eyes we watched you & saw you fade away. Although we loved you dearly we could’nt make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating. Your tender hands at rest, Allah took you home to prove us He only takes the best !!

It broke our hearts to lose you, you did’nt go alone. For a part of us were with you, you left us with a lot of beautiful memories, your love is still our guide, though we can’t see you. You are always by our side. Our family chain is broken & nothing seems the same ..but as Allah calls us one by one, the chain will link again !!!!!!!
